Customise New Client Form
The Customise Layout button on the Add New Client form can be used to add (or remove) fields to this form. In particular these are the Referral, Address and Practitioner field that were not available in previous versions of myPractice. The Add a New Client form shown on the Add a New Client page includes all of the fields available to be included in this form.
How to add more fields to the Add a new Client form
Click New Client
The Add a Client - New Client form will display
Click Customise Layout
The Customisation Form will display showing the available fields
Click and then Drag and drop onto the field required into in the place required on the form
Once completed, click the X to close the Customisation form.
Click on the drop down arrow on the Customise Layout button
Choose Save Layout or Save as Default Layout as required
Choose Reset to Default to cancel changes (as long as the default has not been changed)
