Export Client Contact Details


Contact details for Clients can be exported from one of two reports into Excel for use externally to myPractice. These are:
 

To export Client Contact Details

Go to Reports
Select Contact Details Export
OR
Select Full Client List
Filter the Client information required
Click on Export Contact Details
 
The Contact Details Export form will display
Export Client Contact Details

Export Phone Numbers

1. Export Phone Numbers
To export Phone Numbers select the Export Phone Number tick box
Untick the numbers not to be exported
OR
Tick Primary Phone Only

Export Addresses

2. Export Addresses
To export Addresses select the Export Addresses tick box
Untick the numbers not to be exported

Export Emails

3. Export Emails
To export Email Addresses select the Export Emails tick box
if required, Select Primary Only

Cancel button

4. Cancel button
Cancels the export and Closes the Form

OK button

Click OK to continue
 
The Contact Details Export report displays with the information to be exported
Click Export to Excel
OR
Click Print Preview to Print, Save or Email
OR
Click Close to Cancel the Export
