Clients toolbar
These are actions that can be carried out on a open Client record.
Client Selector
Select the Client Record you wish to view using the drop down arrow
Or
Highlight and delete the name in the field (if there is one)
Start typing in the name of the client
The drop down list will display with the matching client names
For example, you've opened a client to add a referral but then realise that you need to add the Referrer. So then you open DataMaintenance and add the Referrer. But, to be able to see the new referrers details in the Clients record you need to ClickGo.
Why?
Because this reloads the information in the drop down lists. It has to do this to be able to pick up the new referrers information so you can add the referral.
Click Delete to Delete a Client Record from the database. Please note that this action is permanent, if you do not wish to delete the client you can choose to mark them "Inactive" from the main screen of the Client Details area. Users with Reception permissions set are unable to delete a client record.
